Working out can be both therapeutic and empowering. The feel-good sensation fueled by exercising and coupled with motivation can drive you to hit the gym every day of the week. However, the burning desire and steadfast persistence in achieving a fitness goal may overexert your body. 

Your Body NEEDS a Break

You may feel that if you over-exercise in the name of improved health, a better-toned body, and an extra energy boost, it will hardly cause any damage. Unfortunately, this approach may lead to many adverse effects. Taking a break from a workout routine is as essential as exercising as they both aid in safeguarding our health and overall wellness.
